Client, who avail our services (hereinafter referred to as "Client" or "Credit Card Holder" ) and Service provider, Esse Pakistan (hereinafter referred to as "Esse Pakistan", "Our", "Us", or "We"). The term, "Websites", shall refer collectively to www.essepakistan.com

2- ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms constitute the entire and exclusive understanding and agreement between Esse Pakistan and you regarding the Site, Services, and Collective Content, and these Terms supersede and replace any and all prior oral or written understandings or agreements between Esse Pakistan and you regarding the Site, Services, and Collective Content.

ESSE PAKISTAN’S WEBSITE IS PRIMARILY AN INFORMATIONAL TOOL, AND NO PART OF THE SERVICES, SITE, OR COLLECTIVE CONTENT ARE FOR THE DELIVERY OF HEALTH CARE SERVICES, OR CONSTITUTE THE PRACTICE OF ANY MEDICAL, NURSING, OR OTHER PROFESSIONAL HEALTH CARE ADVICE, DIAGNOSIS, OR TREATMENT. NOTHING IN THESE TERMS OF SERVICE, SITE, SERVICES, OR COLLECTIVE CONTENT SHALL BE CONSTRUED AS THE DISPENSING OF MEDICAL, NURSING, OR OTHER HEALTH CARE ADVICE, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY BY ESSE PAKISTAN, OR AS A SUBSTITUTE FOR ANY OF THE FOREGOING. ESSE PAKISTAN MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT THE SITE, SERVICES, OR COLLECTIVE CONTENT WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR BE AVAILABLE ON AN UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE BASIS. 4- DELIVERY POLICY

The Client agrees to take the pre & post Laser Hair Removal, Skin Tightening & Rejuvenation & Injectables treatment care on his own and by no means is Esse Pakistan responsible for any kind of after effects that may appear due to lack of attention & care by the client. The Client agrees to read through & understand the pre & post treatment care below for all the services listed on this website.

Important Points

Please make sure your skin is at its natural color & thoroughly shaved, at least 24-48 hours before you arrive for a laser hair removal session. NO sun exposure, tanning lotions, tanning beds, tanning sprays, and tanning solutions 2-4 weeks before and after your treatment. You must cover all treated areas and wear sunblock. Please avoid iron pills over 65mg for at least 3 days before and after your treatment. NO Antibiotics, Retin-A, Aspirin or any blood thinning medications 2 weeks prior to your treatment. NO Accutane or Immunosuppressants in the last 6 months. If you have taken (or are currently taking) these, or any other medications, notify the office immediately. Treatment area(s) must be free of makeup, lotions, deodorant and ointments. Shave 24-48 hours prior to your appointment. AVOID waxing, bleaching, tweezing, threading, Nair, etc. for 4 weeks prior to your appointment. NO facial treatments, microdermabrasion, or chemical peels for at least 2 weeks before and after your laser treatment. NO exercise or deodorant for 24-hours post treatment. NO jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, or hot showers for 24-72 hours post treatment.

Policies For All Treatments

You may NOT have any type of treatment in any of our offices so long as you are (or think you may be) pregnant or nursing. Please notify us if you have any medical conditions or history such as: Heart Disease, Thyroid, Diabetes, Cancer, Skin Disease, or anything else that we may need to be aware of. If you are under the age of 18, you must arrive to your appointment with a parent or legal guardian to receive laser hair removal or skin tightening services (Minors are not eligible to receive injections at our outlet).

5- CANCELLATION, REFUNDS, & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Esse Pakistan, the Client pre books the appointment & consents to pay before the service. In pursuance of that, Esse Pakistan deploys a dedicated certified technologist or aesthetician for that Client’s treatment while the Client either visits the outlet for payment or pays online via Credit/Debit Card or Bank Transfer before taking the service as part of our process. Therefore, once paid there’s no refund policy. In case of post booking appointment cancellation for prepaid slots, we recommend getting the amount exchanged with future appointments. The Client also understands that 13% tax will be charged on the prices of all the services listed across Esse Pakistan Website & at it’s Outlet. Moreover, this tax percentage is subject to change as per the directives of Federal Board of Revenue, Pakistan.

The practice of medicine is not an exact science and no guarantees can be made concerning the results of such procedures; therefore, there will be NO refunds for any treatments received. Please note all pre-paid packages are non-refundable, non-transferable, and may only be used in the office which they were purchased. All deposits are non-refundable, non-transferable and may not be transferred to be used for a different service than what the deposit was originally given to be used for.

6- NOTICES

Any notices or other communications permitted or required hereunder, including those regarding modifications to these Terms, will be in writing and given: (i) by ESSE PAKISTAN via email (in each case to the address that you provide); or (ii) by posting to the Site.

7- INDEMNIFICATIONS

• Client agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Esse Pakistan, its affiliates and respective directors, officers, employees and agents from and against all claims and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising out of the use of the Websites by the client.

• Esse Pakistan reserves the right to take over the exclusive defense of any claim for which we are entitled to indemnification under this section. In such event, client shall provide Esse Pakistan with such cooperation as is reasonably requested by Esse Pakistan.

8- LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE ENTIRE RISK ARISING OUT OF YOUR ACCESS TO AND USE OF THE SITE, SERVICES, AND COLLECTIVE CONTENT REMAINS WITH YOU. NEITHER ESSE PAKISTAN NOR ANY OTHER PERSON OR ENTITY INVOLVED IN CREATING, PRODUCING, OR DELIVERING THE SITE, SERVICES, OR COLLECTIVE CONTENT WILL BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA OR LOSS OF GOODWILL, SERVICE INTERRUPTION, COMPUTER DAMAGE OR SYSTEM FAILURE OR THE COST OF SUBSTITUTE PRODUCTS OR SERVICES, OR FOR ANY DAMAGES FOR PERSONAL OR BODILY INJURY OR EMOTIONAL DISTRESS ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS OR FROM THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE, SERVICES, OR COLLECTIVE CONTENT, OR FROM ANY COMMUNICATIONS, INTERACTIONS OR MEETINGS WITH OTHER USERS OF THE SITE, SERVICES OR OTHER PERSONS WITH WHOM YOU COMMUNICATE OR INTERACT AS A RESULT OF YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR SERVICES WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), PRODUCT LIABILITY OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, AND WHETHER OR NOT ESSE PAKISTAN HAS BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE, EVEN IF A LIMITED REMEDY SET FORTH HEREIN IS FOUND TO HAVE FAILED IN MEETING ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE.

9- TERMINATION CANCELLATION

ESSE PAKISTAN reserves the right to revoke your access to and use of the Site, Services and Collective Content at any time, with or without cause.
